We plan and sell luxury resort villas equipped with private pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and BBQ terraces in the Onna Village area of Okinawa Prefecture. As our own brand 'MIRATIO,' we offer three types of villas and are a leading company in the resort villa business with a track record of operating 6 units.
Our business model achieves a 20% gross yield and 70-90% occupancy rate, making it ideal for both private vacation use and income property asset management. We realize sustainable business growth through two revenue pillars: flow revenue from sales and stock revenue from receiving 20% of accommodation sales as management fees.
Through partnership with Urban Like Inc., we have built a one-stop system from design, construction, and building to operation management. Additionally, through outsourcing cleaning operations to 'Yaninjyu,' a Type A Continuous Employment Support facility, we contribute to regional employment support and job creation.
